We’re looking for a Director of Product Management to join us in our mission to make data dependable.
You’ll partner with our engineering leaders to create and execute our data observability roadmap.
You’ll manage and mentor our 2+ product managers in Bangalore, growing their skillsets and keeping everyone aligned to the Acceldata mission.
You’ll deeply understand users' evolving needs around data pipelines, data processing, and machine learning.
You’ll engage with enterprise customers/prospects to capture feedback, communicate capabilities, and ensure mutual success.
You’ll devise, define, and communicate a product strategy for accelerating and modernizing our customers’ most critical data pipelines.
Skills and Traits
You have 8+ years of experience as a B2B software product manager, with at least 3 years on a single product line (so you’ve seen the effects of your decisions).
You’ve got a track record of delivering successful products and features, all the way through to adoption. You know it isn’t easy, and you know what to watch out for.
You’ve worked hands-on with databases, data processing platforms, analytics tools, and machine learning platforms.
You know how to work with engineering teams: when to push, how to probe, how to negotiate agreeably and execute as a team.
You’ve worked in startups, and secretly kind of like the experience of bringing order to a growing company.
You have excellent communication skills; you clearly and concisely communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders (engineers, customers, etc.) in written and verbal form.
